Muscat: Galfar Engineering and Contracting won a tender project worth OMR 75 million, to Construction of Plaza, Commercial, Residential and Office Building” at Sustainable City Yiti, the company said on Wednesday.

In a disclosure to Muscat Stock Exchange Galfar said: “We are please to inform our esteemed shareholders that the Sustainable Development & Investment Company SAOC which is a joint venture between Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group) and Diamond Developers; has awarded Galfar the “Construction of Plaza, Commercial, Residential and Office Buildings” at Sustainable City Yiti project. The value of this tender is approximately Seventy Five (75) million Omani Riyals with an execution period of 26 months, effective from 6th April 2022.

This project will further strengthen Galfar Order Book and enhance its market share in integrated tourism projects in the Sultantate.
