Galfar wins RO 118mn contract from MTCIT for part 4 of Dualization of Adam -Thumrait Road
Muscat: Oman-based Galfar Engineering and Contracting Company revealed that it has secured a major contract worth RO 118-million from Ministry of Transport, Communications and information Technology (MTCIT).
In a disclosure to Muscat Stock Exchange the company said: “We are pleased to inform our esteemed sharenolders that the Ministry of Transport, Communications and information Technology (MTCIT) has awarded Galfar the ” Construction of Dualization of Adam -Thumrait Road, Part 4. The Letter of Award was accepted on 25 November 2024.
The value of this project is approximately OMR 118 (One Hundred and Eighteen) million Omani Riyal), with a total duration of 39 months for mobilization and execution, starting from a commencement date to be determined later.
This award will further enhance Galfar’s Order Book and sustain its market share within the infrastructure projects.
