    Muscat: Omani including GCC Citizens can travel to Saudi Arabia using national ID cards

    In a statement The Royal Oman Police said: “The sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has lifted the suspension of the use of the national identity card to travel to and from the Kingdom for its citizens and citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states.

    “The General Directorate of Passports (Jawaat) in Saudi Arabia announced the lifting of suspension of the use of National Identity card to travel to and from Saudi Arabia to GCC countries for Saudi and GCC citizens,” SPA reports
