Group of women arrested in Muscat for violating residence law

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) arrested group of women for violating labour and Foreigners’ Residence Law in Muscat on Monday.

In a statement ROP said: Muscat Governorate Police Command arrested a group of women of African nationalities for violating the laws of work and residence of foreigners and violating the sanctity of homes in the Wilayat of Seeb. Legal procedures are being completed against them.
