Royal Cavalry Race to Be Held Tomorrow at Al Rahba Racetrack
Muscat: At the behest of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, HH Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham Al Said will preside over the annual Royal Cavalry Race, scheduled to take place tomorrow (Wednesday) at Al Rahba Racetrack in the Wilayat of Barka.
The event is organized by Royal Court Affairs, represented by the Royal Cavalry, and features five races, the highlight of which will be the fifth race, where jockeys will compete for the honor of winning His Majesty the Sultan’s Cup.
The program will also include a series of equestrian displays performed by riders of the Royal Cavalry, accompanied by selected musical performances. In addition, groups of citizens will take part by presenting traditional Omani arts linked to horsemanship, reflecting the Sultanate’s rich cultural heritage.
