HH Sayyid Fahd heads to Saudi Arabia for 43rd GCC Summit

Muscat: On behalf of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, HH Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, left here today for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to head the Omani delegation at the 43rd GCC Summit, and the GCC-Chinese Summit for Cooperation and Development as well as the Arab-Chinese Summit for Cooperation and Development scheduled to be held in Riyadh tomorrow (Friday).

HH Sayyid Fahd was seen off at the Royal Airport by Sheikh Al Fadhl bin Mohammed Al Harthy, Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Dr. Saud bin Hamoud Al Habsi, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources, Dr. Khalfan bin Said Al Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, Eng. Said bin Hamoud Al Maawali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Mohammed bin Said Al Maamari, Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs, Dr. Hilal bin Ali Al Sabti, Minister of Health, and the Chargé d’Affaires of the KSA Embassy in Oman.

HH Sayyid Fahd is accompanied by a delegation comprising Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Sa’eedi, Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, Dr. Said bin Mohammed Al Saqri, Minister of Economy, and HH Sayyid Faisal bin Turki Al Said, Oman’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). – ONA
