    • HH Sayyid Shihab receives Austrian Ambassador

    Muscat: On behalf of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, His Highness Sayyid Shihab bin Tariq Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Affairs, received today in his office at Al-Mutahiyah Camp, Christian Brünmeyer, Ambassador of the friendly Republic of Austria to the Sultanate Oman to bid farewell on the occasion of the end of his duties as ambassador of his country to the Sultanate of Oman.

    His Highness the Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Affairs thanked the Ambassador of the Republic of Austria for the efforts he made to strengthen bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Austria, wishing him continued success.

    The Ambassador praised during the interview the strong relations between the two friendly countries, and expressed his pride and appreciation for the cooperation he enjoyed during his tenure in the Sultanate of Oman.
