HH Sayyid Theyazin Chairs Finance and Economic Committee Session

Al Jabal Al Akhdar: HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Prime Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, today chaired a discussion session of the Finance and Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers, with the participation of several ministers. The session was held in the Wilayat of Al Jabal Al Akhdar, A’Dakhiliyah Governorate.

During the meeting, His Highness was briefed on the key findings and recommendations reached by the Committee in its previous sessions. He also presented observations and proposals aimed at supporting economic growth and enhancing the efficiency and attractiveness of the investment environment in the Sultanate of Oman.

The Finance and Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers convenes regularly to examine economic issues, with particular focus on sectors targeted under the Eleventh Five-Year Plan and on employment-related matters that contribute to sustainable development and economic diversification.
