HH Sayyid Theyazin launches military discipline program

Muscat: His Highness Sayyid Dhi Yazan bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, launches the start of the implementation of the military discipline program hosted by the Dhofar Governorate from June 30 to next July 24 in the context of caring for Omani youth.

In a press statement: “Based on the interest of the government, under the leadership of His Majesty the Sultan, the Supreme Commander, in developing the Omani youth and promoting the authentic values ​​rooted in the Omani society, the military discipline program comes to confirm the extent of interest in the Omani youth, which constitutes the broad base of the people of this dear nation.” The program includes a group of activities aimed at supporting national values ​​and cultural, social and sporting patterns within the framework of embodying aspects of self-discipline and forms of commitment in the individual and in a way that enhances the refinement of the personality of the Omani youth.”

His Highness: “The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, a number of military and security agencies, and a number of other government institutions, has placed the elements of citizenship, identity, heritage and national culture at the top of the objectives of this training programme, all of which come within the axes and pillars of Oman Vision 2040 and in relation to the initiatives that Encourages development investment in the youth sector.”

His Highness: “Achieving the goals of the military discipline program, which targets 700 young men from various governorates of the Sultanate of Oman, which will be implemented in the Dhofar Governorate, will make these young men a role model in enhancing behaviorally acquired values, and a model capable of contributing to continuing building for future generations.”

His Highness: “The program also contributes to consolidating national identity and supporting forms of belonging while creating and creating other opportunities to invest the energies of Omani youth towards more aspects of effective development participation, and to contribute to advancing the process of construction and prosperity forward, in order to achieve other national achievements that are added to the record of national gains.” For the #Sultanate_of_Oman with its prosperous present and bright, promising future under the leadership of His Majesty the Sultan, may God protect and preserve him.”
