The National Authority in the Sultanate of Oman, which embodies the government’s directions towards strengthening e-government in implementation of the Oman 2040 vision. The project seeks to provide a system for managing documents and electronic documents that includes all the features necessary to manage the document from the moment it is created until it reaches its final fate in an ideal manner that complies with the national procedures manual for managing electronic documents and documents.
The electronic system for managing documents, electronic documents and all information assets of the institution in line with the standards and procedures followed by the National Records and Archives Authority, and the system is a specialized and secure platform that enables government agencies to create and manage all electronic documents in an integrated manner throughout their life stage and reach the final fate in a manner It meets the needs of the institution and the requirements of electronic document management, and the system enables the authorities to communicate directly through the system, which helps reduce paper, facilitate procedures, and raise the efficiency of communication for government institutions.
