Higher Education Ministry Signs Agreement for Oman to Host ICEF Forum

Muscat: The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, ICEF Foundation and Gulf conferences foundation today signed a cooperation agreement by means of which Oman will host ICEF Middle East Scholarships Forum in Muscat in February 2024.

The agreement was signed Dr. Rahma Ibrahim Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, Anthony Lee, Chief Visionary Officer at the International ICEF Network, and Dr. Abdul Khaleq Mohammed, CEO of Gulf conferences foundation.

The signing ceremony saw the launch of the website for ICEF Middle East Scholarships Forum in Muscat. The website comprises an introduction to the forum and a list of participating countries and institutions. – ONA
