    • Himam: Al Hajar Range Mountains race kicks off

    Al-Hamra: The “Himam” mountain running race for a distance of 100 km kicks off in front of the Eid events square in the Al-Sahma area, with the participation of more than 2,000 male and female runners from 42 countries.

    Participants in this track crossed the connected mountain range between the states of Al-Hamra and Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar, where the race included three tracks. The tracks were carefully designed to provide a unique experience through which the competitors roam among nature, farms and picturesque valleys while enjoying exploring historical landmarks and sites and exploring the topographical diversity of the terrain of the Hajar Mountains.

    The race comes at multiple distances and levels; The first is the Hajar Mountains 100 km race, which brings together professionals from all over the world, starting from the Wilayat of Al Hamra towards the summits of the Wilayat of Jabal Al Akhdar.
