    Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Ram Chandra Poudel, of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, on the occasion of his country’s Constitution Day.

    In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes of good health and happiness to President Ram Chandra Poudel. His Majesty also wished the people of Nepal further progress and prosperity.
