Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal Decree No. 38/2023 appointing a Permanent Representative for the Sultanate of Oman to the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) in Madrid, reading as follows:
Article (1) appoints Omar Said Al Kathiri, Oman’ Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain, as a Permanent Representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the World Tourism Organization in Madrid.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazetteand enforced from its date of issue. – ONA
