    Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal decree No. (87/2023) on determining the specializations of the Secretariat General of National Celebrations and approving its organizational structure, reading as follows:

    Article (1) states that the specializations of the Secretariat General of National Celebrations shall be determined in accordance with Annex (1) attached to this decree.

    Article (2) states that the organizational structure of the Secretariat General of National Celebrations shall be approved in accordance with Annex (2) attached to this decree.

    Article (3) cancels all that contradicts this decree or contravenes its provisions.

    Article (4) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
