His Majesty Sultan Haitham leaves Turkiye after two-day state visit

Ankara: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik left the Republic of Turkiye after a two-day state visit.

His Majesty the Sultan was seen off at Ankara Esenboga International Airport by Mehmet Şimşek, Minister of Treasury and Finance, Mehmet Hakimoğlu, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkiye to the Sultanate of Oman, some of Turkish officials and members of the Sultanate of Oman’s Embassy in Ankara.

Upon his departure, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sent a cable of thanks to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Republic of Turkiye. In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere appreciation to the Turkish President for the warm welcome and hospitality.

His Majesty lauded the outcomes of the visit, the session of talks and the sideline meetings, that would enhance the friendship relations between the two countries and serve interests of their peoples.

His Majesty the Sultan prayed to Allah the Almighty to protect the President Erdogan and grant him success to achieve further aspirations of progress and prosperity for the Turkish people.

During the visit, His Majesty the Sultan was accompanied by a high-ranking official delegation.
