    • His Majesty offers condolences to Libya over flood victims

    Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to Dr. Muhammad Al Manfi, President of the Libyan Presidential Council on victims of the floods that swept through Libya’s northeastern regions.

    In the cable, His Majesty expressed his heartfelt sympathies to President Dr. Muhammad Al Manfi, families of the victims and the Libyan people. His Majesty also prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest deceased souls in peace in paradise and grant their families fortitude to bear the loss, wishing the injured a speedy recovery – ONA
