Inspector General Extends ROP Day Congratulations to His Majesty the Sultan

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, received a cable of greetings from Lt. Gen Hassan Mohsin Al Shuraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs, on the occasion of Royal Oman Police (ROP) Day, which is observed annually on 5 January.

In the cable, Lt. Gen Al Shuraiqi expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty on this national occasion. He also conveyed his deep appreciation and gratitude for the gracious care and continuous support that His Majesty accords to the Royal Oman Police and its dedicated personnel.

Lt. Gen Al Shuraiqi affirmed that the Royal Oman Police, with all its formations, is honored to carry out its sacred national duty with dedication and sincerity. He emphasized the ROP’s commitment to keeping pace with development and modernization programs, with the aim of consolidating security and public order across the Sultanate of Oman, and ensuring safety, stability, and reassurance for citizens and residents alike.
