    H M Receives Phone Call from Canadian Prime Minister

    Muscat: HM The Sultan Receives Phone Call from Prime Minister of Canada Muscat, 29 Jan (ONA) —- His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today received a phone call from Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada.

    During the telephonic conversation, the two sides reviewed fields of the bilateral cooperation between the two countries, in addition to exchanging points of view on a range of regional and international issues of common concern, the foremost of which covered the latest developments in Palestine, as well as the regional developments.

    His Majesty the Sultan expressed his thanks to the Canadian Prime Minister for his interest in the ongoing situations and events in the Palestinian territories.

    His Majesty underscored the importance of halting the military operations in Gaza Strip and the West Bank, protection of civilians and according a top priority to the humanitarian side.   -ONA
