His Majesty Receives Singaporean Deputy Prime Minister

Singapore: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received at his residence in the capital, Singapore, this morning Lawrence Wong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Singapore. During the meeting, ways to further consolidate bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Singapore and how to jointly benefit from the development and economic experience of both countries were discussed, in addition to exchanging views on matters of concern to both sides.

The meeting was attended from the Omani side by His Excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Dr. Hamad bin Saeed Al Aufi, Head of the Private Office, His Excellency Qais bin Muhammad Al Yousef, Minister of Trade, Industry and Investment Promotion, and His Excellency Engineer Salem bin Nasser Al Aufi, Minister of Energy and Minerals. On the Singaporean side, His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Maliki bin Othman, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office (Head of the Mission of Honor), and a number of Singaporean officials.
