    Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, may God  protect him, confers the Royal Commendation medal of the first degree to the retired His Excellency Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs  Yusef bin Alawi bin Abdullah at Al-Barakah Palace, this morning Wednesday.
