His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issues 7 royal decrees

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, may God preserve and protect him, issued today Seven Royal Decrees.

Which are as follows:

1 – Royal Decree No. 75/2020 regarding the state’s administrative apparatus.

2- Royal Decree 76/2020 to establish the Technology and Applied Sciences University

3- Royal Decree 77/2020 regarding the Authority for Consumer Protection, amending its name to the Consumer Protection Authority.

4- Royal Decree 78/2020 amending the name of the Electricity and Water Regulatory Authority, which is related to the Public Services Regulatory Authority.

5- Royal Decree No. 79/2020 defining the functions of the Ministry of Education and approving its organizational structure.

6- Royal Decree 80/2020 approving the organizational structure of the Ministry of Health.

7- Royal Decree 81/2020 appointing some positions:

Dr. Saeed bin Hamad bin Saeed Al-Rubaie, as Vice Chancellor of Technology and Applied Sciences University.

Dr. Abdullah bin Khamis bin Ali Ambosaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Education

Majid bin Saeed bin Sulaiman Al-Bahri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Administrative and Financial Affairs

Dr. Mohammed Said Khalfan Al-Maamari, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs

H.E. Dr. Fatima Mohammed Al Ajmi as Undersecretary of Minister of Health for Administrative, Financial and Planning Affairs

Ahmed bin Salem bin Rashid Al-Rajibi as Deputy Head of the State’s Financial and Administrative Control Authority for the Financial and Administrative Control of the State’s Administrative Apparatus in the special degree

Dr. Mansoor Talib Ali Al Hinai, Chairman of the Public Services Regulatory Authority in the special degree

Salim bin Ali Al Hakamani, Chairman of the Consumer Protection Authority in the special grade

Eng Omar bin Hamdan Al-Ismaili is the Chairman of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in the special degree
