On the orders of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, may God protect him, the Sultanate launched relief flights to the sisterly Lebanese Republic, following the devastating explosion that occurred in the port of Beirut.
The flights were operated by military transport aircraft from the Royal Air Force of Oman, which took off successively starting this Friday morning, carrying various medical supplies and essential humanitarian needs on board.
The conduct of these relief trips comes within the framework of the humanitarian efforts provided by the Sultanate, and these trips will continue to the capital Beirut over the coming days, in solidarity with the sisterly Republic of Lebanon and in a way that contributes to confronting the effects and repercussions of this explosion.
