    Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Vahagn Khachaturyan of the Republic of Armenia on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.

    In the cable, His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Khachaturyan. His Majesty also wished the people of Armenia further progress and prosperity.
