    Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham issued a Royal Decree No. 3/2022 on the Appointment of a Chairman of the  Royal Academy for Administration Chairman (RAA)

    Article (1) appoints Dr. Ali Qasim Jawas Al Lawati as a Chairman of the Royal Academy for Administration (RAA) with his existing financial grade

    Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
