Rear Admiral Abdullah bin Khamis bin Abdullah Al Raisi is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-General and appointed as the the Sultan’s Armed Forces Chief of Staff
Article Two
Air Commodore Khamis bin Hammad bin Sultan Al Ghafri is promoted to the rank of Major General and appointed as the Royal Air Force of Oman’s Commander
Article Three
Commodore Saif bin Nasser bin Mohsen Al-Rahbi is promoted to the rank of Major General and appointed as the Royal Navy of Oman’s Commander
Article Four
Air Commodore Eng. Saleh bin Yahya bin Masoud Al-Maskari is promoted to the rank of Major General and appointed as the National College of Defence’s Commandant
Article Fifth
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from the date of its issuance.
