In a statement Oman news agency said: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq issues two royal decrees,

The Royal Decree No. 37/2021 approving the Sultanate of Oman joining the Arab Framework Agreement to liberalize trade in services between Arab countries.

Royal Decree No. 38/2021 ratified an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania on the mutual exemption of visas for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports.
