Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued two Royal decrees reading as follows:
Royal Decree No. (55/2024) ratifies an agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on mutual exemption of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports. The agreement was signed in New York on 23 September 2024.
Article (1) ratifies the abovementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
Royal Decree No. (56/2024) ratifies an agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Republic of Suriname on mutual waiving of visas for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports. The agreement was signed in New York on 26 September 2024.
Article (1) ratifies the abovementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
