    Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham makes phone call with Indian Prime minister Narendra Modi

    In a statement Oman news agency said : His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, makes a phone call this evening with Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of the Republic of India, during which cordial conversations were exchanged and the strong relations between the two friendly countries were emphasized and strengthened in various fields.

    During the call, His Majesty expressed his utmost thanks and appreciation to the leadership and people of the Republic of India for providing the Sultanate with the “Oxford AstraZeneca” Covid-19 vaccine, which is manufactured by the  Serums Institute of India.

    On his turn, the Indian Prime Minister expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Majesty the Sultan for his kind initiative, wishing His Majesty and the Omani people continued progress and development under the wise leadership of His Majesty.
