    Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq on Sunday issued a special pardon to a group of prison inmates convicted in various cases.

    An official source at the Royal Oman Police stated that those who were honored with the royal pardon amounted to (345) , including (131) foreign inmates on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha 1442 AH, and with regards to the families of these inmates.
