His Majesty congratulates newly elected Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayaka

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Anura Kumara Dissanayake of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on winning the presidential elections and taking the oath of office.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his heartfelt sentiments and best wishes of success to President Anura in leading the people of Sri Lanka towards further progress and prosperity. His Majesty also wished the bilateral relations further development. – ONA
