    Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to Anwar Ibrahim on the occasion of him taking oath of office as Prime Minister of Malaysia.

    In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes of success in carrying out his assignments to achieve further aspirations for the friendly Malaysian people. – ONA
