His Majesty the Sultan Issues 13 Royal Decrees

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued 13 royal decrees, the details of which were published in the Official Gazette issued today, Sunday.

These royal decrees were related to oil and mining concession agreements

Royal Decree No. 74/2022 authorizing Maha Energy (Oman) Limited to assign (35%) of its rights and obligations in the oil agreement signed on October 5, 2020 AD to Block No. (70) of Mafraq Energy LLC.

Royal Decree No. 75/2022 approving the exploration and mining concession agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and First Oman Minerals Development Company LLC. For area No. (11b).

Royal Decree No. 76/2022 approving the exploration and mining concession agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Mozoon Mining Company LLC for Area No. (12A-1).

Royal Decree No. 77/2022 approving the exploration and mining concession agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Oman Minerals Development Company II LLC for Area No. (12A-2).

Royal Decree No. 78/2022 approving the exploration and mining concession agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Oman III Minerals Development Company LLC for Area No. (12b-1).

Royal Decree No. 79/2022 approving the exploration and mining concession agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Oman Fourth Minerals Development Company LLC for Block No. (13a).

Royal Decree No. 80/2022 approving the exploration and mining concession agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Oman Minerals Development Company Fifth LLC for Block No. (13b).

Royal Decree No. 81/2022 approving the exploration and mining concession agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Oman Eighth Minerals Development Company LLC for Block No. (23).

Royal Decree No. 82/2022 approving the exploration and mining concession agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Seventh Oman Minerals Development Company LLC for Block No. (24).

Royal Decree No. 83/2022 approving the exploration and mining concession agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Oman Sixth Minerals Development Company LLC for Block No. (52).

Royal Decree No. 84/2022 approving the exploration and mining concession agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Oman Eleven Minerals Development Company LLC for Block No. (61a).

Royal Decree No. 85/2022 approving the exploration and mining concession agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Oman Ninth Minerals Development Company LLC for Area No. (61b).

Royal Decree No. 86/2022 approving the exploration and mining concession agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Tenth Minerals Development Oman LLC for Block No. (61C).
