His Majesty the Sultan issues a Royal Decree

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal decree No. 39/2023 appointing an Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs, reading as follows:

Article (1) appoints Khalid Hashil Al Muselhi as Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue. -ONA
