Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal decree No. 35/2023 appointing a Permanent Representative for the Sultanate of Oman to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), reading as follows:
Article (1) appoints Sheikh Mohammed bin Ahmed bin Salim Al Shanfari, Oman’s Ambassador to the Republic of Indonesia, as the Sultanate of Oman’s Permanent Representative to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
Article (2) says that this Royal decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue. – ONA
