His Majesty The Sultan Issues Royal Decree

Muscat:His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued a Royal Decree No. 34/2023 on conducting military promotions, reading as follows:

Article (1) promotes Brigadier Abdulaziz Abdullah Badr Al Manthri and Brigadier Sultan Mohammed Nassir Al Ma’amari to the rank of Major General.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue. – ONA
