His Majesty Sultan Haitham visits the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk

Ankara: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today visited the Mausoleum of the Republic of Türkiye’s Founder Mustafa Kemal Ataturk in Ankara, as part of His Majesty’s state visit to Türkiye.

His Majesty signed the Visitors Book, with a short note in which he stressed the Sultanate of Oman’s keenness to support the message of peace, as a national approach.

In the note, His Majesty the Sultan wished the Republic of Türkiye permanent stability, progress and prosperity. Upon his arrival at the Mausoleum, His Majesty the Sultan was received by a number of Turkish officials.

After that, His Majesty the Sultan toured the sections of the museum located next to the mausoleum.

He took note of the museum contents, namely the personal belongings of the founder of the Republic of Türkiye, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, and other items thatreflect various aspects of the emergence of modern Türkiye.
