Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has addressed a message of greetings to citizens of Oman and residents in its land on the occasion of Eid Al Adha.

This was unveiled in a statement issued by the Diwan of Royal Court reading as follows:

“While pilgrims perform the rituals of the Hajj pilgrimage in the holy lands of Makkah and upon the advent of Eid Al Adha 1444 AH as Muslims exhibit happiness to celebrate the holy occasion, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has addressed a message of greetings to the citizens of Oman, residents on its land and all Muslims.

His Majesty the Sultan prayed to Allah the Almighty to bring back this and similar auspicious occasions at a time all are enjoying good health and happiness.

May Allah the Almighty protect His Majesty the Sultan and grant him a long life adorned with all manifestations of bounties. May the Almighty grant His Majesty success and bring back this and similar occasions on him for many years to come!” – ONA
