HM The Sultan issues Royal Decree

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued Royal Decree No. 55/2023 approving the exploration and mining concession agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and Sinbad Mineral Resources LLC for Area No. (53a).

After reviewing the Basic Law of the State, the Mineral Resources Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 19/2019, and the Exploration and Mining Concession Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Sinbad Mineral Resources LLC, M for Area No. (53) (A) signed on June 26, 2023, and as required by the public interest.

Article one: Approval of the aforementioned exploration and mining concession agreement.

Article Two: This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall come into effect from the date of its issuance.
