Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued two Royal decrees reading as follows:
Royal decree No. (32/2024) on the transfer of an employee to the Foreign Ministry.
Article (1) transfers Saleh Yahya Masoud Al Maskari from the Ministry of Defence to the Foreign Ministry, along with his existing financial allocations and job entitlements.
Article (2) says that this Royal decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
Royal Decree No. (33/2024) on the amendment of some provisions of Royal Decree No. 117/2010 on establishing courts of appeal.
Article (1) cancels the court of appeal in the Wilayat of Al Mudhaibi, stated in article (1) of the aforementioned Royal Decree No. 117/2010.
Article (2) says that this Royal decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue. – ONA
