Muscat: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning announced the pre-qualification of the first phase of Sultan Haitham City, in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Tender Board, the Royal Oman Police and the Muscat Municipality, and by inviting specialized companies registered with the excellent level of experience.
The first phase of pre-qualification includes infrastructure work, including green spaces, streets, and lighting, including central park projects with an area exceeding 447 thousand square metres, parks and gardens with an area of more than 643 thousand square metres, about 2,530 lighting poles, and a three-lane street with a bicycle path and a pedestrian path with a distance of 8 km, two-baharas street with a bicycle path and a pedestrian path, 4 km, and one-bahar street, with a pedestrian path, 71 km.
