Muscat: The Public Authority for Social Insurance launched its new website in conjunction with the Sultanate’s celebrations of the glorious 50th National Day, in compliance with the methodology of continuous development associated with the customer service charter, and with comprehensive quality standards.
The inauguration comes from the authority’s belief in digital transformation as the most appropriate tool to provide its services, in line with its mission to provide social insurance services, and to strengthen the partnership between the relevant parties in order to achieve ease, flexibility, quality and suitability of these services to the nature and needs of the beneficiaries.
The authority’s website includes integrated information about the authority and its vision of ensuring social protection for the individual, family and society in light of an insurance system based on the principles of justice and social solidarity, where all insurance information and services are available to all customers of the insured and business owners in the system of workers inside the Sultanate, and the system of protection extension Insurance, foreign workers, and self-employed workers in addition to the job security system.
The new version of the website is characterized by ease of use and clarity, as it has been taken into account that the visitor to the site has a distinct user experience that allows him to move comfortably to access the information or service with ease.
The website will represent a window through which the browser will see the most important data, insurance systems and electronic services to complete its transactions with ease, and the browser can use the website from several digital platforms such as phone, tablet and computer easily and more effectively.
