His Majesty Gives Audience to GCC Foreign Ministers
Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik gave an audience at Al Barakah Palace this evening to GCC Foreign Ministers, in the presence of the GCC Secretary General.
The audience reviewed the current developments in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories. His Majesty stressed the importance of intensifying regional and international efforts to stop the escalation and violence, and provide protection for the civilians.
His Majesty also touched on the march of the GCC joint action, as well as the fruitful cooperation and coordination among member states and means of promoting it to serve the GCC peoples.
During the audience, the GCC Foreign Ministers conveyed the greetings and best wishes of their countries’ leaders to His Majesty and the Sultanate of Oman.
On his turn, His Majesty the Sultan asked them to convey his greetings to their countries’ leaders. His Majesty also wished the GCC peoples further progress and prosperity. – ONA
