Muscat: President Dr. Ebrahim Raisi of the Islamic Republic of Iran left here today after an official one-day visit to the Sultanate of Oman.
President Raisi and his accompanying delegation were seen off at the Royal Airport by HH Sayyid Asa’ad bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan.
They were also seen off by Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, Gen. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nu’mani, Minister of the Royal Office, Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, Minister of Interior, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Eng. Said bin Hamoud Al Ma’awali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (Head of the Mission of Honour), Ibrahim bin Ahmed Al Muaini, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ali Najafi, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Sultanate of Oman and members of the Mission of Honour.
During his visit to Oman, the Iranian President was accompanied by an official delegation comprising Dr. Hossein Amir Abdollaian, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Brigadier Mohammed Reza Gharaei, Minister of Defence and Armed Forces Logistics, Sayed Reza Fatemi Amin, Minister of Industry, Minerals and Trade, Rostam Qasemi, Minister of Transport and Urban Development, Javad Oji, Minister of Oil, Ali Salehabadi, Governor of the Central Bank of Iran, Gholam-Hossein Esmaeili, Head of the Presidential Office, Ali Najafi, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Sultanate of Oman, Abbas Moghtadaei, Deputy Chairman of the Parliament, Head of the Oman-Iran Parliamentary Friendship Committee and several Iranian officials.
