    • Largest Plastic Bottle Sentence now 32316: Cheltenham Muscat School & Oman Sail Breaks Guinness World Records

    Muscat: On World Wildlife Conservation Day, Cheltenham Muscat School and Oman Sail, was able to set a new Guinness World Record title for the ‘Largest Plastic Bottle Sentence’. 32,316 bottles placed in total, creating a new world record for Oman, 11939 was the existing record for the ‘largest plastic bottle sentence’ achieved in Mumbai, India, on 10th October 2022

    The representative of the Guinness Book of World Records announced that the record had been approved and registered in the name of the Sultanate of Oman.

    The initiative involved an impressive 5-weeks of intensive efforts, including collecting household bottles, beach, wadi clean-ups and garnered extensive support from the local community with contributions from local hotels and Environment Society of Oman.

    The Cheltenham Muscat officially launch their international conservation programme ‘Project Earthlings’ with the “Largest Plastic Bottle Sentence” spelling out “Project Earthlings has lunched from Oman!”
