    Muscat: Environment Authority urges all its services users to take advantage of the exemption period from late renewal fines before October 1, 2024.

    To ensure that companies and establishments continue to carry out their activities, Environment Authority announces’ that companies and establishments will be exempted from penalties for late renewal of environmental permits starting from tomorrow, Thursday, August 1, 2024, provided that renewal is made before October 1, 2024.

    On this basis, the Environment Authority urges all its services users to take advantage of the exemption and urgently renew their environmental permits before October 1, 2024.

    The Authority reminds all services users that legal actions will be taken after the end of the said period.
