Muscat: The Wilayat of Mahout in Al Wusta Governorate recorded the highest temperature in the Sultanate of Oman over the past 24 hours, reaching 45.8°C, according to data issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
According to data by Civil Aviation Authority, Mahout station in Al Wusta Governorate has recorded 45.8 degree Celsius as the highest temperature among all the weather stations in the Sultanate of Oman in last 24 hours, followed by Fahud 45.6 degree Celsius, Hamra al Drooa 44.8 degree Celsius, Barka 44.5 degree Celsius, Sohar 44.4 degree Celsius, Bidiyah 44.3 degree Celsius, Muqshin 44.3 degree Celsius, Qurayyat 44.1 degree Celsius, Yaaloni 44.1 degree Celsius, Shinas 44.0 degree Celsius, Haima 43.8 degree Celsius
