Mall of Muscat fully operational after minor smoke incident

Muscat: Mall of Muscat is pleased to announce its full operational status following a minor smoke incident in one of the shops on 29th January 2024 in the evening hours. Prompt action by the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) ensured the situation was quickly brought under control.

A spokesperson for the mall said, “We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone for their cooperation and understanding during the response efforts. The commitment to safety and security by all involved is greatly appreciated.”

He added, “As we resume normal operations, we warmly welcome our valued customers back to the Mall of Muscat. Ensuring the safety and well-being of our visitors and staff remains our highest priority. The Mall Management remains dedicated to providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.”
