    • Masirah Winter Forum Forum Concludes

    Masirah: The activities of the “Masirah Winter Forum 2024” in its first edition, which was held at the Marine Tourist Park over a period of 10 days, concluded this evening, under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah Baaween, Governor of Masirah.

    The forum organized by the Office of the Governor of Masirah in cooperation with the Office of the Governor of South Al Sharqiyah Governorate, in addition to broad participation from institutions in the public and private sectors and the solidarity of members of the local community in the state, witnessed a large turnout of visitors and tourists from all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman and from abroad.

    Adel bin Khadim Al-Zari, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Masirah Winter Forum, explained in an interview with the Oman News Agency that the Masirah Winter Forum contributed to promoting Masirah Island and its natural tourism potential.

    The closing activities included sports and entertainment activities. The number of craftsmen participating in the forum reached more than 90 male and female craftsmen, and the activities and events played an effective role in highlighting the products of productive families and small and medium enterprises.
