Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs reviews its Executive Plans in Muscat Governorate

Within the purposeful annual meetings between heads of service units and governors.

Muscat: His Excellency AL Sayyid Saud bin Hilal Al Busaidi, the Governor of Muscat, met with His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Saeed Al Mamari, the Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs today (Wednesday).

This is to review the Ministry’s efforts and areas of cooperation and partnership with Muscat Governorate.

During the meeting, a number of programs were discussed that the Ministry is working to implement according to the basic topics that are focused at Oman Vision 2040. They are the priority of education, learning, scientific research and national capabilities, the priority of citizenship, identity, heritage and national culture, priority of welfare and social protection, and priority of governance of the state’s administrative apparatus, resources and projects.

Most important sectors that the Ministry works on are reviewed. These are endowments, mosques, and Zakat, works that have been implemented in these sectors.

As well as, offer of electronic services in order to facilitate all related procedures. His Excellency Muscat Municipality head, their Excellencies the wallies, and a number of officials from Muscat Governorate and the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs attended the meeting.
